No one can deny Alex Y. C. Chiu is an eccentric guy, but his website is by far the most comprehensive and detailed account for non Chinese readers of Najia I Ching.
Beyond any doubt his explanation is confusing and his assertions sound exaggerating, nevertheless without Alex Chiu we would not have any real practical guide on this divination system.
He uses a weird English I-Ching symbols, but he does so to encourage more people to learn I-Ching.
The author this site is genuinely interested in spreading I Ching knowledge because he truly believes that: “… this book allow people to protect their lives.”; moreover he does so not having a personal interest at stake: “All those greedy prophets who kept secrets were traitors of the great Chinese culture. Every time a Chinese kept a secret, the Chinese culture has been cheapened.“
I strongly encourage everyone interested in I Ching to study his work.

Hilary's website is a great source of information and a meeting place for I Ching practitioner, the “talk section”.It is plenty of curiosities to read about; it is regularly update and book reviews. The main focus is on the intuitive approach to I Ching reading, but there are few mentions about Wen Wang Gua. The link is directed to the thread on Wen Wang Gua Rules.
Websites
These are just a few link to I Ching website, as there are hundreds of them. I decided to give only those sites containing material relevant to the “number of figure” method.
The firt site in this list is the most important of all. I am in debt to mr Chiu, because all my practical Najia knowledge derived from his book. I would strongly recommend anyone buying and reading it, as base for all the nuts and bolts of the Najia method.
But first I would advise you to read is Harmen Mesker’s essay “Eight Palaces of Jing Fang”.

A special attention must be dedicate to Harmen Mesker’s review: "Three books on najia Yijing fortune-telling"; a well documentted list of publications on this subject.
